This End User Agreement ("EUA") governs use of SimpleGPS (https://simplegps.bg) by individual end users - typically employees, drivers or contractors ("you") who are invited into a workspace by an organisation that subscribes to the Service (the "Customer"). It supplements, and is subject to, the Terms of Service between Simple Works Ltd and the Customer.
1. Your account
The Customer provisions your access and decides your role and permissions. You access the Service using credentials issued to or created by you. Keep them confidential and do not share your account. Notify the Customer's administrator and support@simplegps.bg of any suspected unauthorised use.
2. Licence to use
Subject to this EUA and the Customer's subscription, Simple Works Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the Customer's internal business purposes. You receive no other rights in the Service or its software.
3. The Customer controls the workspace
The Customer is the controller of the data in its workspace. The Customer can grant or revoke your access, change your permissions, view activity, and access or export workspace data at any time. Direct questions about your data, access or account to the Customer first.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access other workspaces, or interfere with the Service or its security.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the data you enter. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful. Within the workspace, your content is controlled by the Customer.
6. Privacy
Personal data processed inside the workspace is handled under the Customer's instructions; see our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. The Customer's own privacy notice governs how it uses your data as your employer or principal.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Works Ltd disclaims implied warranties and is not liable to you for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension & termination
Your access depends on the Customer's subscription and instructions and ends when the Customer removes you or the subscription ends. We may suspend access to protect the Service or for breach of this EUA or the Acceptable Use Policy.
